not - used to express negation, denial, refusal, or prohibition
 posess- to have
nuclear- pertaining to or involving atomic weapons
weapons- any instrument or device for use in attack or defense in combat, fighting, or war,

It is a warrant.
Context- States within the US
Actor Action- The Actor is the states. Having nuclear weapons is the Action
It would mean to support nuclear weapons for states if you affirm this and to be against it if you negate the resolution.

Democratic society- society where we vote for leaders
Felons- people in jail

right- in accordance with what is good
vote- a formal expressionof opinion or choice

Context- People within jail cells that want to vote
Actor Action- Actor-Felons in jail Action- Keeping the right to vote
It would be affirmative to support them to keep the right to vote and negative to leave it as it is.

Conscription- compulsory enrollment of persons for military

The context would be people being drafted for the military

Supporting drafting would be affirmative and negating it would be against drafting.

    When you have time come see me so that we can talk about claims, warrants, and impacts. You've got the general idea on how to break down resolutions but I think you're confusing warrants and breaking down resolutions.
